Pelita Market rehabilitation is canceled
Rehabilitation of Pelita Market is canceled for twice. This is because the developer is resigning. Based on beritajakarta.com observation, Pelita Market was established in 1980 and recently the condition is bad. Many of kiosks are molding, stanchions are replaced by a drop of wood and the roof is broke. This condition is dangers market visitors.

33 Parks and Green Lane function changed
Central Jakarta Municipal Government was targeting 30 percent out of 48.08 kilometer square of Central Jakarta to form as green open space. But the target is hard to achieve, because 868 meter square of parks and green lanes function changed.

Condet bridge renovation is too slow
The renovation of Condet Bridge which collapse on February 2007 is not finish yet. Even the construction has been installed, but the bridge could not be used. The society must use boat to cross the river or passing Jl TB Simatupang or Jl Kalibata.

Expert team involved to renovate Bahari Museum
Jakarta Dept. of Cultures and Museums must safe the history asset before the tidal wave that often hit the Bahari Museum, Penjaringan, North Jakarta destroy the asset. It is because the museum location under the sea surface and internal drainage development is needed to prevent the tidal water hits the museum. Due to safe the asset, archeology, planolog, cultural architect, and historian will be involved.

Ads constructions will be demolished
Strength action is shown up by Jakarta Dept. of Building Control to order the illegal ads billboard in Jakarta. The officer was demolishing the ads billboard construction Tuesday (8/7) afternoon on Jl Blora, Menteng, Central Jakarta because the billboard license is invalid. In fact, there are six ads billboard constructions will be demolished because of similar reason.
