In order to speed the construction of Ulujami-Kebonjeruk Jakarta Outer Ring Road West 2 (JORR W2), the land acquisition process continues to be done. Now, 82 percent or 627 out of 790 lands needed in South Jakarta have been released.
Head of South Jakarta Land Procurement Team (P2T), Syamsudin Noor stated that in the eighth payment of JORR W2 have paid 31 lands, such as in Petukanganutara for 13 lands and Petukanganselatan for 18 lands with a fund of Rp 21 billion. "Until August, 26 2011, there have been 627 lands paid,” he said, Wednesday (9/14).
Syamsudin admitted that there are still 44 lands having difficulties to release as its owners disagreed with the collateral amount made based on Letter of Jakarta Governor Decree No. 1907/2010 about changes on collateral rates of land and building for JORR W2. Meanwhile, the other lands are waiting for payment process. In fact, his party will do the ninth payment paying 20 lands.
"The owners of 44 lands brought the case to judicial court of state administration (PTUN), and 11 more are in process of consignment," he explained.
Head Team of Land Acquisition from Public Works Ministry, Ambardy Effendy stated that the process of land releasing is mandated to the city government. Meanwhile, the process in PTUN or consignment is the last method government can try. "However, in the middle of consignment process, there will usually be some owners agree to be paid. If it is done, than the construction can proceed," he expressed.
Head of Petukangan residents’ representatives, Tatang Sukirno admitted that he argued to the price offered by government "They asked Rp 2 million per meter, if residents refused they welcomed us to do consignment even though the lands are ours," he stated.
